Offiziersgesellschaft Cyber / Société des Officiers Cyber

The Officers' Society Cyber is the official platform for officers of the Swiss Armed Forces who engage with cyber topics, whether in a military or civilian capacity. Our members combine security-policy thinking with technical know-how and bring together experience from the army, administration, business, and academia. We promote professional exchange among officers, support continuous development, and make an active contribution to Switzerland's cyber competence and digital resilience. Founded in 2022 by Dimitri Percia and Philipp Leo, the Officers' Society Cyber sees itself as a think tank for officers across the entire cyber domain. Our vision is to be a recognized and active driving force in identifying, analyzing, and promoting practice-oriented solutions to specifically advance the cyber defense capabilities of the Swiss Armed Forces.
